Vacancy: Sage X3 ERP Lead

Location: Somerset (Hybrid)

Salary: £100,000 pa

Are you a hands-on Sage X3 specialist with experience implementing ERP in complex, multi-stream businesses? We’re looking for a strategic ERP Lead / Systems Architect to join a unique food and hospitality business in Somerset, overseeing the end-to-end redesign and integration of Sage X3 across our operations.

About the Role:

Lead the full Sage X3 redesign and implementation across production, retail, hospitality, e-commerce, and wholesale.
Translate operational workflows into scalable ERP processes, reducing manual work and integrating all business units.
Work closely with CEOs and CFO, and coordinate with third-party systems integrators where required.
On-site presence required 3 days per week with flexible hybrid working.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in Sage X3 implementations or re-platforming

Experience in food, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar complex operational businesses

Strong hands-on experience with ERP configuration, process design, and integration

Senior stakeholder management skills
