We're now looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that truly values creativity, analytical thinking, and initiative.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound account strategy calls from prospective clients interested in discussing link-building strategies for their website or their clients.
  • Engage with customers through live chat, promptly addressing their questions and concerns while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Utilise various platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit to generate cold leads and book account strategy calls.
  • Growth focus Account Manager will work closely with clients on an ongoing basis to continually improve their SEO campaigns, monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments for optimal results.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and business goals, and offering tailored solutions.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or Inbound and Outbound Sales, preferably in a digital marketing or SEO agency.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and link building strategies would be ideal.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work full-time in our Shrewsbury office, 8AM-4PM three days a week, and work remotely from home, 3PM-10PM two days a week.


Benefits

  • Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience and knowledge of the industry.
