Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Sales Account Manager - Digital Services to be based at our office in Warwick, UK.
ROLE SUMMARY
We’re looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Manager to drive B2B digital services sales across industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, manufacturing, and industrial machinery.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital solutions including Data & AI, PLM, CX, and Aftersales, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact
Understand client needs, goals, and challenges to develop effective digital strategies
Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates on performance, progress, and new opportunities
Proactively identify and address client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with client objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
Propose and implement innovative digital solutions to meet client needs.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the return on investment (ROI) of digital efforts
Use data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Budget Management:
Manage digital marketing budgets effectively,ensuring that campaigns stay within allocated resources.
Propose and justify budget requests, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
A degree in marketing
