We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Aylesbury as a Sales Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to break into the world of business-to-business (B2B) sales, working with a premium product and a brand that stands for innovation, quality, and performance.
We are offering a competitive package of £22,000 basic salary with achievable earnings of £40,000 (uncapped after training) plus a company vehicle (after qualifying period). You will be working a 40 hour week, Monday – Friday with one in four Saturday mornings – no Sunday or bank holiday working!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building relationships with business customers and understanding their vehicle needs
- Learning to deliver tailored solutions that meet commercial requirements
- Developing expert knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz commercial range
- Supporting the full sales journey – from initial enquiry to handover
- Providing exceptional customer service and representing the brand with pride
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in the Mercedes-Benz brand and commercial vehicles
- A confident communicator with a proactive, customer-first mindset
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
- A full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic)
