Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Ambassador located in Bicester. The Sales Ambassador will be responsible for engaging customers, offering exceptional service, and conveying the brand’s unique story. Day-to-day tasks include driving sales through a deep understanding of the product line, providing client consultations, and maintaining store presentation standards. The Sales Ambassador will also participate in store events and collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, and client engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of fashion and brand representation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Previous experience in a high-end or luxury retail setting is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or business is a plus
