Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Letting Negotiator based in Ilford. The Sales and Letting Negotiator will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, communicating with clients, handling property management tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include property viewings, negotiations, marketing properties, finalizing rental and sales agreements, and maintaining client relationships.

• Experience with Landlord/Tenant Matters and Estate Agents
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge in Property Management
• Strong Customer Service abilities
• Professional and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in real estate or property management
