Cognica are looking for a Sales and Marketing Administrator (part time up to 30 hours per week) to join the busy Sales Team.
You will be required to come into the office in Swindon periodically as and when required but the majority of the time you will be able to work from home.
Based in the Sales department, you will be reporting to the Commercial Services Manager and working alongside the Sales Team, this role will involve participation in a range of sales admin to support the efficient operations of the sales team activities and assist with achievement of the company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Proactively engage with prospective customers to help maintain an up-to-date pipeline of new project opportunities.
- Handling customer enquiries.
- Support the sales team with customer liaison e.g. proposals, orders, contracts & appointments.
- Support the sales team with maintenance of sales documents e.g. templates, forms, infographics.
- Proactively support achievement of team goals and targets.
- Support with managing and maintaining sales data in our CRM and ERP systems.
Marketing
- Support with creation of regular products and services case studies and e-campaigns.
- Assist with social media activities.
- Support with organising sales events, exhibitions and meetings/travel arrangements for the sales team, liaising with RSK systems as necessary.
- Attendance and participation at sales events and exhibitions when necessary
Person Specification
- General knowledge of the construction industry O&M manuals and associated documentation.
- Excellent communicator, with fluent verbal English.
- High degree of accuracy with written text.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Good organisation skills.
- Competent user of O365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Able to follow procedures and processes with ease.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent team player.
Salary And Benefits
- Up to £20,800 (FTE £26,000) depending on experience. Part time hours up to 30 per week.
