Sales Appointment Setter

As our Sales Appointment Setter you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued sales growth by engaging potential customers and scheduling appointments for our sales team. But this role is about more than filling diaries - it’s about helping businesses run safer, cleaner, more compliant operations by connecting them with services that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and support environmental responsibility.

• Generate quality appointments by calling warm leads and securing meetings for our Business Development and Account Managers.
• Influence and convert by clearly communicating our value, handling objections confidently, and following up to build trust and keep customers clear on next steps.
• Stay organised and effective by using CRM and strong product/market knowledge to qualify leads, tailor conversations, and build a healthy pipeline that converts.

The Package

• Salary: £28,000 per annum + OTE £35,000

About You

• You have proven phone-based sales success in appointment setting, telesales, lead generation or similar - with evidence of hitting (or beating) targets and booking quality appointments.
• Customer-first communication - you’re naturally curious, ask good questions, and can quickly understand what matters to a customer (time, cost, compliance, safety, service reliability).
• Coachability & self-improvement - you take feedback well, try new approaches, and enjoy getting better every week.
