Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and assisting with inventory management. Daily tasks include providing product information, handling customer service calls, managing deliveries, and ensuring that the sales floor is well-organized and stocked. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Sales Support and Order Processing skills
• Inventory Management and Product Knowledge skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
• Basic IT skills, including proficiency in using internal systems and order tracking software
• Previous experience in sales or retail in Electrical is a must
