Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Luton Airport. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining an organized store, and supporting the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include stocking shelves, handling transactions, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming and efficient.

Airport Requirements:

5 years continuous references – to gain an airport pass you will need to provide 5 years’ worth of either employment or education references without any gaps

Criminal Records Bureau Check – to be completed by WHSmith if your application is successful

Photographic ID i.e. passport or UK Driving Licence

Qualifications:

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Organizational Skills to maintain a well-presented store
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch service
• Previous retail experience is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
