Kiosk Assistant – 22 Hours (Flexible Shifts)
Location: Head Office, Hilmore House, Bradford
Hours: 22 hours per week, working flexibly between 7:00am – 6:30pm
We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Kiosk Assistant to join our Front of House team at our Head Office. This role supports the smooth running of our small onsite shop – a vital hub for colleagues to grab their morning coffee, lunch or daily essentials. If you enjoy a varied role where no two days are quite the same, this could be a great fit for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing a warm and welcoming service to colleagues visiting the kiosk
- Serving food, drinks, and everyday essentials with efficiency and care
- Restocking shelves and displays to keep the kiosk looking its best
- Handling payments and operating the till
- Supporting general Front of House duties as needed (e.g., helping with visitors, keeping shared spaces tidy)
- Taking ownership of the space – ensuring it stays clean, safe and inviting
About You
What we’re looking for:
- A positive, approachable personality and strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or front-of-house is a plus – but not essential
- Someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a small team
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts between 7:00am and 6:30pm
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
