What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound sales calls to win new business and grow existing accounts
• Selling recruitment and consultancy services to clients across the UK and Europe
• Managing the full 360° sales cycle – from lead generation to placement
• Sourcing and managing top-tier candidates
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Travelling internationally to meet clients (recent destinations include USA, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark)

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience (B2B or B2C)

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
