Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, answering inquiries about products, processing transactions, maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, and achieving sales goals. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

• Sales experience in retail or related industries
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work in a team and assist with collaborative tasks
• Basic math skills for processing transactions
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain the sales floor's appearance
• Knowledge of jewelry and diamonds is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Jewellery experience preferred
