Key Responsibilities

Service for Sales:

Provides service excellence to maximise sales
Is visible on the floor
Acknowledges all customers to the department

Engages with customers by approaching them and initiating conversation

Asks open ended questions to establish customer needs

Confidently demonstrates product knowledge

Maximises sale by offering additional products and services

Overcomes objections by offering alternatives

Operates till efficiently

Informs customer of current events and promotions

Takes every opportunity to promote and open Liberty Loyalty Card

Takes personal responsibility for ensuing customer problems are resolved

Creates further selling opportunities by taking customer details and contacting them to give them a reason to return
