About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for two experienced and driven Sales Consultants to join a growing housing development team in Leeds. These are 24-month fixed-term positions offering the chance to be part of a high-performing, customer-focused sales environment within the new build residential property sector.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the on-site Marketing and Sales Suite, welcoming prospective buyers, conducting viewings, and driving the reservation-to-completion process. The role includes monthly and quarterly bonus incentives based on individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the Marketing and Sales Suite to a high professional standard.
- Welcome visitors, conduct property viewings, and manage buyer queries.
- Progress sales from reservation through to exchange and completion, maintaining regular contact with customers.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction timelines.
- Update and manage the CRM system and sales records accurately.
- Produce timely and accurate reports as required by the Sales Manager.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the home-buying journey.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in new build residential sales in a front-line, customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrable customer service expertise and a consultative approach to sales.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office IT tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to plan and manage workload effectively.
Requirements
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile).
- Availability to work Thursday to Monday, with two Sundays off every four weeks (on these weeks, a Tuesday or Wednesday will be worked instead).
