Sales Coordinator to support the smooth running of its sales operations and contribute to meaningful improvements in care delivery across the UK.

About The Role
This is a key operational position responsible for ensuring the effective execution of sales processes. The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development and Sales Support teams to ensure activities are well-coordinated and opportunities are effectively managed through to conversion.
The role requires someone hands-on and highly organised, able to balance leadership and administrative responsibilities to keep the sales pipeline moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activity across the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of opportunities
- Manage the Sales Support function, including quotations, CRM hygiene, inboxes, and ticket management
- Provide hands-on support with quotations and administrative tasks during peak periods
- Ensure consistent and accurate CRM usage for lead tracking, opportunity management, and forecasting
- Produce regular reports on pipeline, activity, and sales performance with clear insights and actions
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and reduce sales cycle times
- Lead daily and weekly check-ins with the sales team to monitor progress against KPIs
Requirements
- Substantial experience in sales coordination, senior sales support, or team-leading within a B2B environment
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to guide a sales team without direct line management authority
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools, with a focus on data accuracy and efficiency
- Highly organised and proactive, with the flexibility to shift between oversight and direct contribution
- A clear communicator who sets expectations, tracks outcomes, and follows through
