Your Role in Our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need to create meaningful and engaging conversations with potential clients. In this role, you will connect with HR professionals, understand their business and people challenges, and key objectives to start a conversation about how Reward Gateway could assist them.
A Sales Development Rep’s goal is to develop quality sales-qualified leads to build the sales pipeline. You’ll be joining a successful team that is made up of sales professionals who are experts in their field. Our SDRs have a track record of progressing through the team into a variety of roles across sales, client success and other departments
