The Opportunity


We're building a new Sales Outreach Team to drive UK growth and identify fresh business opportunities. This is a fast-paced, phone-focused role where you’ll be making high volumes of outbound calls, engaging prospective customers, and generating qualified leads.


Whether you’re calling warm leads or creating opportunities from scratch, you’ll be on the front line of our commercial growth strategy—helping establish the first touch points that lead to long-term customer partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

We are looking for ambitious individuals to help grow our internal Sales team, you’ll be making outbound calls to potential clients to generate quotes and appointments for our Business Development Managers.


Although data will be provided for your calls, you’ll also have the freedom to research and target companies yourself in order to secure opportunities as well as play an active role in the development and growth of the department as a whole.


What we’re looking for


  • Experience in a B2B sales role is desired but not essential, this is a great opportunity to take a strong first step into sales
  • A confident, professional phone manner with strong communication skills
  • Results-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent time management and pipeline ownership
  • Commercial awareness and CRM proficiency
  • Competency with Microsoft Office
  • Team player who thrives in a high-activity, collaborative environment
  • Bonus: Background or interest in packaging, manufacturing, or materials


Industry experience is not essential—what matters most is a proven ability to win new business and develop yourself!
