Role Overview


The Sales Development Representatives will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and generating new business opportunities to fuel Systal’s sales pipeline. This role is critical in supporting the growth objectives of the company by building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads.


The individual will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and introducing Systal’s experienced sellers and technical consultants to successfully close the opportunity.


What will you be doing?


  • Proactively identify and qualify leads through thorough research, social media engagement, events, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Efficiently manage lead generation using CRM tools, ensuring precise tracking and timely updates to sales management.
  • Take the initiative to nurture prospect relationships through calls, emails, and meetings, while seamlessly scheduling demos for the senior sales team.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, develop compelling campaigns, and guarantee a smooth transfer of qualified leads.
  • Commit to continuous improvement by attending industry events, staying ahead of trends, and actively participating in training sessions.
