Support account planning by conducting research, crafting compelling value stories, and executing effective outreach strategies

Generate new business opportunities by setting up high-value meetings with key decision-makers

Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts in Germany and Austria through proactive outbound prospecting

Build pipeline by qualifying inbound leads from events, downloads, free trials, and webinars

Leverage best-in-class tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong, 6sense, and more

Gather sales intelligence on customer needs, pain points, and decision processes

Keep Salesforce updated with accurate and high-quality prospect data

Learn how Dynatrace’s platform delivers real value to customers – and how to clearly communicate that

Conduct discovery calls and short product demos to spark interest and open doors

What Helps You Succeed

Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Strong interest in consultative, tech-driven sales
Fluent German and very good English skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strategic thinking and ability to tailor your sales approach
Ambition to exceed targets and grow professionally

Strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
