Job Title: Senior Business Development / Sales Hunter – CMT or Life Sciences

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter with proven experience in driving new business development within the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) or Life Sciences sectors. This role requires a highly motivated professional with a strong track record of building client relationships, winning new logos, and achieving revenue growth in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition and own end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify, pursue, and win new logos in either CMT or Life Sciences domain.
• Develop strong C-level relationships with prospects and key decision-makers.
• Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and practice teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
• Create account plans and go-to-market strategies for targeted clients.
• Meet and exceed defined revenue and sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of proven sales/business development experience in IT services or consulting.
• Demonstrated success in hunting new clients (new logo acquisition) in the UK market.
• Strong domain expertise in either CMT or Life Sciences (any one domain is mandatory).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to operate at a senior level (CXO interactions).
• Strong understanding of digital, technology, and transformation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent degree in Business/Management.
• Prior experience in global IT services or consulting firms.
