A unique and rapidly growing cybersecurity startup is on a mission to transform the way organizations protect themselves—and we're looking for a Sales Director (UK) to help lead that charge.

As Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and expanding market presence across the UK. Your focus will be on developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new opportunities, and successfully positioning our advanced cybersecurity platform across various industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale the UK sales function, building a team and driving new business growth.
  • Develop strategic sales initiatives to support expansion and increase market share.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners including MSPs, resellers, and distributors.
  • Mentor and grow the sales team through structured coaching and career development plans.
  • Implement scalable and predictable sales processes to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute an effective go-to-market strategy tailored to fast-growing startups.
  • Deliver a compelling cybersecurity value proposition to clients and partners.


Requirements

  • Proven success in cybersecurity sales within high-growth startup environments.
  • Track record of driving net-new logo acquisition and penetrating new markets.
  • Strong experience with partner-led sales and long-term channel relationship building.
  • Demonstrated stability and performance (2–3+ years per role with consistent quota attainment).
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills.
