About The Role And Team

Commercial success at Uber isn't just about what we sell - it's about how we support people to do the selling. That's where this role comes in.

As part of the EMEA Delivery Commercial Training & Enablement team, you'll help equip our Restaurant and Retail sales and account managers with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to perform - and keep evolving. You'll work across countries, functions, and levels partnering with sales leaders, product teams, operations, HR, and our global enablement colleagues to launch programs that actually move the needle.

This is a role for someone who can switch gears easily - from defining strategy to delivering hands-on training, and who thrives in ambiguity, complexity, and change. If you're energized by enabling teams at scale, building smart systems, and helping people grow- this is where you'll make an impact.

What You'll Do

  • Own and implement training programs across EMEA (from new hire onboarding to sales skills, systems training, and go-to-market readiness)
  • Partner closely with Sales, Ops, HR, Product, and Enablement to assess learning needs and align on what matters most
  • Design and deliver live and on-demand trainings that support product launches, sales process changes, and productivity tool adoption
  • Create and manage learning content, independently and with the central instructional design team
  • Be a connector between regional sales, commercial ops, marketing, and product, ensuring teams always have the right, most up-to-date information
  • Prioritize learner experience: make sure everything you deliver is practical, focused, and respectful of people's time
  • Track program impact and performance and iterate quickly when something's not landing
  • Field ad hoc enablement requests from commercial teams and balance long-term planning with fast-turnaround support
  • Build a strong internal network to surface and scale best practices across teams and countries

Basic qualifications

  • 3+ years in sales, account management, or a related commercial role
  • 3+ years in training, enablement, or learning & development
  • Clear and concise communicator who can simplify complex ideas
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to balance detail with speed and execution

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience coaching or developing others
  • Comfortable building content for both live and self-paced formats
  • Quick learner with a bias toward action, especially in fast-moving, global environments
  • Able to toggle between strategy and execution
  • Familiarity with enablement tools (e.g., LMS, eLearning platforms, Salesforce, Google Suite, conversation insights and revenue enablement tools)
  • Experience using data to inform and improve training programs
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, French, and/or German
  • Open to travel (up to 30% of the time)
