Job Title: Inbound Sales Executive – Citation ISO

Purpose of the Role:
The primary function of this role is to quickly and accurately build rapport with prospects, gain a firm understanding of their business goals and requirements. Matching our multiple services to the customer needs, to provide guidance, while demonstrating the value of the Citation ISO and wider Citation Group. You will be responsible for managing the lead generation or the full sales cycle, from initial enquiry through to conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets (individually and for your team) – executing sales process efficiently and effectively, including conversion rates, revenue targets, product mix, high quality contracts etc.
- Converting inbound sales leads, and upselling additional products by phone or on MS Teams, advising customers on the most suited products for their company, highlighting the benefits and value to their business.
- Maintaining accuracy and timeliness through every stage in the sales cycle: prospect first contact, quotes, contracts, pipeline management and customer records via Salesforce.
- Problem solving any customer issues with energy and focus, within the contract terms and operational policies.
- Preparing customer quotations and contracts via Salesforce with ongoing pipeline follow-up to win customers.
- Promoting Group company and partner products to our customers and generating ‘cross sell’
- Working on outbound sales campaigns for new and existing clients
- Self-generating leads when required to support revenue delivery
- Selling additional products / services to existing clients
- Highlighting inefficient working practices to the Team Leader / HoS for improvements on sales process and customer experience
- Share ideas to close sales, be willing to take guidance and try something new when others provide their insight
- Maintaining data hygiene in a timely manner while managing customer accounts from initial enquiry to close of sale
- Daily completion of prospects allocated and pipeline calls and tasks due
- Ensure accurate and timely logging of information on CRMs, especially note taking for business continuity
- Ensure emails, quotations and contracts are issued in a timely manner and logged on the CRM
- Ensure clients are issued with any relevant information they require on a timely basis
Key Skills & Attributes:
For this role, you will need the following key skills & attributes:
- Proven, demonstrable net-new B2B sales experience;
- Use of a sales framework like SPIN or MEDDIC, a considerable advantage;
- A consistent track record of over-delivery on revenue vs. targets;
- Resilient, adaptable, strong organisation and time management skills (multi-tasking, prioritisation on high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment)
- Strong sales pipeline management skills and tenacity to persist;
- Understanding of sales performance metrics;
- Excellent listening and communication skills – verbal and written
- Superb interpersonal skills with a growth mindset
- Attention to detail, highly organised
- Ability to work independently, within the framework of a positive team
- Logical thinker with strong numeracy skills
