Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Loughton. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, presenting and selling vehicles, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with their car buying journey, conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with market trends.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is beneficial
