💰 Salary: £27,000 + Bonus

Are you a driven and enthusiastic sales professional looking to build your career in the B2B sector? Our client, a well-established name in the Plant & Machinery Hire industry, is expanding their team and seeking a Sales Executive to manage and grow their customer base.

This is a warm sales role with minimal cold calling — ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building and spotting opportunities to grow business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and nurturing relationships with existing B2B clients
• Re-engaging lapsed customers using CRM tools
• Making approx. 50 warm/prospective calls daily
• Handling inbound and outbound enquiries via phone and email
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to order confirmation
• Following up on online leads and updating CRM records
• Creating quotations and processing orders
• Resolving customer queries and ensuring satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ months B2B telesales or sales experience
• Confident communicator with excellent phone manner
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• CRM experience is a plus
