Join us as a Sales Executive and become one of the driving force behind creating extraordinary performance achievements and extraordinary customer experience.
You will be speaking to our valued existing customers identifying and presenting opportunities and cross selling to drive company revenue. We need people who want to exceed targets and are driven to succeed. People who can adapt to change and think outside of the box. If you can tailor conversations from transactional to consultative depending on your customer and have the ability to handle any objections and close sales this is the role for you!

This is a hybrid role – three days per week in our Newcastle office
- Previous Sales experience in B2B preferably in an Outbound environment.
- Ability to manage own time effectively and also drive KPI’s through goal setting, maintaining high standards and meeting key deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and experience Closing Sales/Deals and generating revenue including cross sales.
- Have a natural talent to flex your style and conversation giving a tailored approach to our valued customers – Transactional and Consultative approach.
- Excellent customer service skills including influencer and have the ability to engage Key decision makers.
- Takes action to keep product knowledge and skills up to date
- Ability to work to individual and team targets and be self-motivated with aspirations of High Performance within Sage Sales Small Business Department.
- Be ambitious about your Target achievements and Personal Performance within Sage and forge relationships internally with our key stakeholders including
collaborating with internal colleagues within Sales.
