About you:
As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Prospecting and Target Achievement - Identify and qualify potential prospects through both outbound and inbound channels, whilst achieving personal KPIs and contributing to wider sales team targets
• Revenue Generation and Growth - Drive new revenue within the existing customer base through group expansions and referrals, whilst maintaining awareness of emerging markets and competitive positioning
• Sales Performance Management - Review personal sales performance regularly and provide accurate monthly target commitments to support strategic planning and forecasting
• Strategic Sales Support - Assist the Head of Sales and Sales Team Leads with implementing sales strategy and staying informed about new products, market shifts, and competitive pricing
• Team Collaboration and Development - Work collaboratively to build trust and respect within the team, share improvement ideas, and support ongoing training initiatives for both personal and team development
