About The Job


An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team in Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:


  • Develop and implement account development plans to maximize revenue in both short and long terms.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with off-property sales channels to ensure synergy and avoid redundancy.
  • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the reporting manager to execute sales strategy and meet targets.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing and potential customers through various sales activities.


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
  • Strong understanding of core hotelier operations
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in English or preferred local language (Read/Write/Speak)
