Job profile:
Expertise in B2B Sales Processes: Experience in optimizing B2B sales processes, order management, and leading end-to-end sales transformation efforts to achieve strategic business goals.
Expertise in Sales enablement: Deep understanding of Sales enablement tools, training methodologies and the latest trends in sales enablement and excellence
Sales Transformation: Demonstrated success in sales transformation initiatives, reengineering lead-to-order processes to drive significant growth, operational efficiency, and a sustainable competitive edge for clients.
Go to market operating model – Comprehension of operating models, specifically sales and go-to-market functions
Proficient in advanced data analysis and insight
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and operations—to align lead-to-order processes with overarching business objectives, ensuring seamless and cohesive execution across departments.
Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and understanding of how these systems integrate with ERP platforms to enhance sales operations is a plus.
