Responsibilities

TikTok’s Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to an onboarding date by end of year 2026. Please state your availability and graduation date clearly in your resume.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal partners and complete online training to build your knowledge of TikTok’s advertising proposition.
  • Support the sales team by building pitches that leverage data insights and creative thinking.
  • Deliver campaign reports, both in-person and virtually, across a wide range of clients in order to improve performance and scale future revenue commitments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to stay up to date with platform and product developments that can be relayed to the sales team.
  • Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and completing administrative tasks, such as documentation, meeting coordination, maintaining data hygiene

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)

  • Bachelor's degree or above, recently graduated or due to graduate in 2026.
  • Results oriented with great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred Qualification(s)

  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
  • Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving administrative issues independently
