Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator based in Greater London. The Sales & Lettings Negotiator will engage in day-to-day tasks such as handling landlord and tenant matters, showcasing properties, facilitating lettings and sales, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with clients, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions in the property market.

Qualifications

• Experience in Landlord/Tenant Matters and Property Management
• Knowledge in Estate Agents practices
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin) is a plus
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is beneficial
• Relevant qualifications in real estate, property management, or a related field
