Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the City of Bristol. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team, driving sales strategies, managing customer relationships, monitoring sales performance, and achieving revenue targets on a day-to-day basis.

• Sales Management, Leadership, and Team Management skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Sales Strategy skills
• Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Previous experience in automotive sales
