Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Sales Leader to oversee our Customer Account Management team for Sage Intacct. This role is ideal for a driven individual who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving pipeline and revenue growth, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

As the leader of a team of Customer Account Managers, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts, developing the skills of your team, and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure unified customer and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Own and manage forecasting, pipeline health, and territory planning with accuracy and discipline.

Partner with Marketing to shape and launch targeted campaigns and content that drive qualified leads.

Design and implement strategic initiatives that expand revenue opportunities from existing customers.

Analyse performance data and use insights to inform strategy and execution.

Build and champion a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

Act as a bridge between Sales and Customer Success, fostering collaboration and alignment.

Influence cross-functional stakeholders by aligning success metrics with account growth and customer value.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience leading high-performing B2B SaaS sales or account management teams.

Strong skills in sales forecasting, CRM management (e.g., Salesforce), and pipeline development.

Demonstrated success partnering with Marketing to drive campaigns that deliver results.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to team coaching and development.

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to drive collaboration and mutual accountability between cross-functions

A mindset focused on long-term customer value, not just short-term sales wins.
