Reporting to the MD, you'll lead a multi-layered team including Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Customer Service - all focused on delivering exceptional value to clients spending £3-5m annually.

What's the role about?
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team of 4 BDMs, 9 ACMs, and support staff
- Drive strategic growth across national accounts and utilities
- Reignite a culture of hunger, humility, and smart selling
- Streamline processes and reduce admin drag to boost agility
- Collaborate with onboarding and tenders teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Deliver against a 10% YoY revenue growth target
