As a Laura Ashley Sales Manager you will:
- Support the store management team, including stepping up to run the store when needed
- Build and manage a successful team to deliver exceptional service in an environment that is commercial, operationally efficient, and safe – where performance targets are consistently met
- Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating, and inspiring your team to be their best is at the core of everything you do
- Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team
- Ensure communication is always clear, up to date, and accurate to meet the needs of the business
