Job Overview
We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager North and Sales Manager South Region to lead new business growth to expand our client portfolio and manage existing accounts to grow sales revenue. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong track record in sales, excellent CRM habits, and a robust network in the Architecture & Design (A&D) industry. You'll be expected to hit the ground running and deliver quick wins, with full responsibility for building and managing your pipeline, attending weekly and monthly performance meetings, and consistently achieving (or exceeding) sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities within the interiors, commercial, and design sectors.
- Sales Growth: Leverage your network and client database to drive consistent sales growth and meet ambitious quarterly and annual targets.
- Account Management: Manage and nurture existing client accounts, increase customer engagement, enhance overall customer experience, and drive maximum sales revenue.
- CRM Mastery: Use CRM software to manage leads, track conversion rates, measure performance, and report on outreach activity weekly and monthly.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding client needs and delivering tailored, luxury design solutions.
- Outreach & Networking: Actively engage in events, trade shows, and the wider design community to boost brand visibility and uncover opportunities.
- Strategy & Reporting: Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly performance reviews with the Managing Director to align on progress, strategy, and plans.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B Sales or Business Development, ideally in the furniture, interiors, or design-related industries.
- Network: Strong, established connections in the A&D sector with immediate revenue potential.
- International Experience: Prior success in developing or managing distributor/reseller networks across international markets.
- Sales Mentality: A self-starter with a “hunter” mindset — highly motivated, performance-focused, and target-driven.
- CRM & Sales Funnel Proficiency: Comfortable managing a sales pipeline, tracking KPIs, and optimising conversion rates.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Passion for Design: A natural appreciation for luxury products and modern interiors.
- Profile Fit: Dynamic, energetic, confident in networking environments and sales leadership.
