Liang & Eimil is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Manager to lead sales across North England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the A&D (Architects & Designers) and hospitality sectors within the premium B2B furniture wholesale market.


You will manage existing relationships and drive new business with trade clients, interior design firms, hotel groups, and commercial specifiers. You’ll act as a brand ambassador for Liang & Eimil, presenting our collections and collaborating with industry professionals to grow project-based sales.


You are a proactive, commercially minded sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong hunter mentality. You thrive on finding new opportunities, building pipelines from scratch, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You are self-driven, strategic, and highly resourceful — someone who takes ownership of your territory as if it were your own business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy targeting the A&D and hospitality sectors
  • Conduct daily outreach to existing and prospective clients via calls, email, and in-person visits
  • Spend the majority of time on the road within your territory, actively visiting trade customers and project leads
  • Present the Liang & Eimil brand and product collections in-person, using sample bags, lookbooks, and digital tools
  • Organize and host Lunch & Learn sessions, showroom walk-throughs, and design studio presentations
  • Nurture and expand relationships with architects, designers, hotel groups, and specifiers
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events
  • Work closely with Sales Support to ensure timely quoting, order processing, and after-sales support
  • Maintain detailed records and pipeline updates via CRM
  • Provide regular insights to management on regional opportunities, trends, and competitor activity


Required Experience & Skills

  • Over 5 years’ sales and business development experience in B2B sales within the furniture or interiors industry
  • Strong network or experience in the A&D, hospitality, or contract sector
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and sales pipeline independently
  • Proven experience managing frequent client visits, including both new prospects and existing accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Commercially aware and confident handling project pricing and margin discussions
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

  • Regional sales growth vs. targets
  • Number of new accounts opened and projects specified
  • Conversion rate from pipeline to closed business
  • CRM accuracy and reporting consistency
  • Client retention and repeat order volume


Location & Travel

  • Field-based within territory
  • Occasional travel to London HQ and showroom
