We’re seeking a poised, detail-obsessed and creatively minded Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our new hotel openings and exclusive Six Senses events.

This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a small, high-performing team, bringing your organisational finesse and marketing flair to the Six Senses family. From the first conversations with our development team to the final touches on hotel positioning, you’ll help shape unforgettable brand moments.

This unique role places you at the intersection of innovation and execution. Acting as the key liaison between our corporate teams and our hotels, you'll ensure seamless coordination of marketing assets, timelines, and stakeholder communications. You'll also be instrumental in orchestrating immersive Six Senses events and IHG brand showcases.

With exceptional attention to detail and a confident, polished communication style, you’ll own every step of the process, from initial planning to flawless delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Working alongside our Director of Sales & Marketing for new projects, support the launch of new luxury and lifestyle hotels across the IHG portfolio
• Coordinate the creation, refinement, and delivery of bespoke marketing materials and presentations
• Serve as the bridge between corporate, hotel teams, and suppliers
• Project-manage event logistics and timelines with finesse and precision
• Assist with the organisation of high-profile client events, wellness activations, and industry tradeshows
• Track and manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered to exacting standards
• Provide on-site event support, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Six Senses and IHG’s elevated brand experience

What You'll Bring

• Educated to degree level or equivalent, in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
• An understanding of luxury hospitality, travel trade, marketing communications and digital marketing
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, able to bring data and design together seamlessly
• Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for quality and detail
• A natural communicator, articulate and confident
• Calm under pressure and capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
