Phone-Based Sales Negotiator to drive lead generation, client engagement, and property promotion across our network.
As a
Phone-Based Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales and lettings pipeline by speaking directly with potential vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants — helping to grow our business from the very first call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients including vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants as a Phone-Based Sales Negotiator.
- Promote new instructions and property listings across both sales and lettings.
- Identify client needs, build rapport, and qualify leads for our sales and lettings teams.
- Book valuations, viewings, and market appraisals across our branch network.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with on-site negotiators and branch teams to ensure a smooth client journey and handover.
- Upsell relevant ancillary services such as mortgages, conveyancing, and insurance.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent phone manner and strong verbal communication skills essential for a Phone-Based Sales Negotiator.
- A natural people-person who thrives on building relationships over the phone.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident with computer systems.
- Previous experience in property, sales, telesales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential — full training provided.
