Overview of role
The Sales Operations Specialist will play a key role in streamlining and optimising sales processes, supporting the sales team, managing sales incentive programmes, and enabling data-driven decision-making to maximise performance. You will also take ownership of the sales technology stack primarily the HubSpot CRM ensuring it is effectively managed, developed, and continuously improved, while maintaining the quality and accuracy of all data.
We’re looking for a proactive, forward thinking individual who will champion change and actively identify opportunities for improvement helping to drive positive change across the function.
