Role Introduction
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Management Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales order process, from receipt to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process sales orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, production, and support, to ensure smooth order execution
- Verify order accuracy, including product quantities, pricing, and customer information
- Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports of order status, including tracking and tracing
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and resolve any sales order-related issues
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What You Will Have
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software and systems
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite and Service Now
- Certification in sales order management or a related field
