Reporting into the Regional Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing retail sales within your designated territory. With effective area management of existing customers and targeted acquisition of new. Full category bathroom sales within a showroom environment and responsible for sales of all NPI.

Key Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Manager:

• A focus on the Premium Showroom Market you will tasked with implementing the strategy for both the Villeroy & Boch and Atelier/ISI brands on your area with an understanding of brand positioning in the market and demands of different types of customers.
• Working closely with the appointed Distribution Partners
• Working closely with other Channel colleagues to identify new opportunities within the Group customer base.
• Working with the Regional Managers and Channel Director to develop a robust territory plan to enable area sales growth.
• Conducting business reviews covering sales analysis and showroom return on investment.
• Sell in of showroom displays across category – full refits, shower boards, tap stands
• Be a contributing member of a fast-growing team working cross functionally when necessary
• Attending Bi monthly sales meetings including the preparation of a report.
• Manage adherence to KPIs and company policies including accurate and diligent use of Salesforce CRM
• Support delivery of key customer initiatives within the customer showroom estate
• Build and maintain good F2F working relationship with customers to create and identify sales opportunities
• Commitment to product knowledge in particular New Product launches
• Offer customer training days
• POS, Brochure & Price List distribution

Specific Skills/Experience

• Experience in a field sales role within the bathroom or construction sector preferred
• Experience of creating and maintaining customer sales plans
• Strong influencer with excellent negotiation skills, confident to build professional relationships quickly and influence key stakeholders
• Strong English and mathematical skills with ability to analyse sales data
• Well presented, with the ability to articulate professionally face to face
• Results driven, with the ability to work to deadlines and an understanding of channel priorities
• Experience of Salesforce or other CRM software, with the ability to input accurately and effectively
• Full driving license

Travel Requirements

• Field Sales role so daily travel to customers
• Some travel between IS sites sales meetings and events
