£27,010 per year + discretionary bonus opportunities

Summary of the role:
- These are full-time, permanent roles
- We are based in Romford with easy access from bus links, we are located a 5-minute walk from the train station.
- 37.5 hours per week. Our hours are Monday to Friday, between 8:30am - 7:00pm
- Saturday shift once every 3-4 weeks, 9am - 5pm (to be confirmed)
- Additional average earning from £3,0000 - £8,000 per annum
- We have a 8-week structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful.

How You'll Make An Impact
In this role, you will be helping customers to find insurance policies that meet their needs. We specialise in Caravan, Motorhome, Car, Home and Pet Insurance. We are currently running schemes for
BMW Motored and the
Post Office, as well as our own
Devitt brand. This role requires no cold calling and will utilise your communication skills to build rapport and provide excellent customer service to existing clients.
You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.
About You
- Previous call centre experience is not necessary but desirable. We provide full training which covers everything from our product range to our phone system
- Experience in a previous customer-facing role is preferable, such as within retail, hospitality, care, education, or sales
- You will enjoy speaking to people and will use your outstanding communication skills to speak openly and expertly on the phone to customers. You will be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs
