As the demand for renewable energy talent continues to accelerate, we are expanding our Glasgow team. We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic Contract Operations team on a permanent basis. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our contractor support services, contributing to the delivery of best-in-class service across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Contract Support team with day-to-day administrative duties, responding to contractor queries and issuing joining instructions.
  • Collect, audit, and manage contractor certification and insurance documentation, ensuring timely updates to our CRM and distribution to stakeholders.
  • Run and issue weekly compliance reports to support contract delivery.
  • Monitor and manage a shared mailbox, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in coordinating contractor travel and accommodation during peak times.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to Senior Contract Coordinators, and HSEQ Lead


What you'll bring

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bullhorn and InTime is advantageous.
  • Professional, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and the flexibility to support a variety of business functions.
  • Collaborative and tenacious, with a personable approach to stakeholder engagement and a proactive drive to follow through on tasks and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
