We’ve got a super exciting (and pretty rare) opportunity to join JLC’s Sales Department as a Sales Support.

Experience in sales? Not essential.

Enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to learn? Absolutely vital.

We’re on the hunt for someone who brings their A-game, loves being part of a buzzing team, and is excited about growing with a company that’s going places (literally—we're moving to Portishead!).

DISCLAIMER:

We are currently based in Clevedon but due to move our whole operation to Portishead which is where we will be based for the foreseeable. The move is currently looking to go Ahead mid august hence the advertised location as Portishead.

JOB OVERVIEW:

JLC Distribution are an IT Peripherals distributor servicing the UK and Europe.

We're after someone who’s organised, detail-driven, and thrives on keeping things in order (bonus points if colour-coded spreadsheets make you smile). You'll be handling general admin, giving top-notch support to our clients, and bringing a positive, ‘let’s-get-it-done’ attitude to the team. Basically, if you’re the kind of person who takes pride in the little things and keeps the chaos at bay — we want to hear from you!

THE BASICS:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00 (with 1 hour lunch break)

Responsibilities and duties:

  • office based role, 5 days a week.
  • Promptly answer customer queries via email or telephone.
  • Quote customers providing up to date pricing & Lead times.
  • Work alongside your Account directors to complete any tasks required.
  • Use initiative to manage own workload.
  • Supporting customers daily with any issues or queries.
  • Build beneficial customer relations.
  • General administration duties, updating spreadsheets, contact lists and assisting where needed.

Up to £6k bonus per annum available.
