About the opportunity
As a Sales Support Consultant you’ll work closely with a group of UK Sales Directors who are consistently winning work and operating at capacity. Your job will be to help them do more by taking on a variety of responsibilities across research, database management, and a light-touch sales activity.
Your role will include:
- Generating candidate leads and running speccing campaigns
- Research and market mapping
- Keeping our CRM (Bullhorn) up to date and organised
- Supporting the job process with candidate communication and interview coordination
- Monitoring deal activity and creating outreach content to drive new business
You’ll play a key role supporting the UK Sales Directors by contributing to placements, creating commercial opportunities, and helping maintain the best candidate and client database in the market.
