📍 Location: Flexible hybrid working (predominantly home-based with site visits as required)

💼 Salary: £41,000 – £45,000 basic + 10% performance-based bonus

🔑 About the Role

Reporting directly to the Trade Sales Director, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to maximise selling time and streamline communication across key customer groups and internal departments (especially Finance and Marketing).

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Act as PA to the Trade Sales Director
• Manage bookings for hotels, travel, events, and meetings
• Maintain and develop digital filing systems for commercial agreements
• Provide regular performance and target reports to sales teams and customers
• Track entertainment and hospitality spend in line with budgets
• Develop and maintain a sales team competency matrix
• Create and manage a central portal for sales policies and procedures
• Design and implement a structured induction programme for new starters
• Compile and circulate report packs for sales meetings

✅ What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience in a similar role or industry
• High-level IT skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Flexible working hours to meet business needs

Advantageous:

• Experience with Concur and/or Phocas
• Willingness to attend off-site customer events
