Office-Based Sales Support Executive - Financial Services Industry

Location: Hornchurch, Essex (5 days in-office)

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus Scheme

Benefits: Bonus scheme, 3% pension contribution, free parking

Are you a detail-driven, reliable, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment? We're recruiting for a full-time Sales Support Executive to join a dynamic financial services company based in Hornchurch.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, is confident on the phone, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to support a busy sales and operations team. Experience in asset finance is a bonus, but what we value most is common sense, a strong work ethic, and great attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting internal and external sales teams to get deals approved and activated
Communicating with funders, suppliers, and customers to progress applications and documentation
Entering proposals and managing data using in-house systems
Chasing paperwork, coordinating credit decisions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Negotiating rates and commissions when required
Handling inbound calls and providing a professional, friendly service

What We're Looking For:

Confident communicator with a great telephone manner
Organised, responsive and solutions-focused
Team player who is reliable and enthusiastic
Strong admin skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working fully on-site (no hybrid working)
Previous experience in financial services, banking or asset finance is helpful - but not essential

What You'll Get:

Competitive base salary of £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus scheme: half paid quarterly (based on KPIs), the other half annually (based on company targets)
