Role Summary


We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to provide comprehensive support to our sales team and drive client acquisition activities as we continue to expand our global presence.


Working closely with the Head of European Sales, the Sales Support Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the entire sales cycle from lead qualification through deal closure. You will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring our sales team has everything they need to successfully onboard clients onto our LUSID product, with particular focus on RFP management and deal support.


Key Responsibilities


  • Providing direct sales support to ensure the sales team has all necessary information, tools, and collateral to engage effectively with prospects
  • Leading RFP responses and proposal development, coordinating cross-functional input to deliver compelling client proposals
  • Supporting deal generation through lead qualification, prospect research, and opportunity development
  • Preparing materials and coordinating logistics for industry events and trade shows to support sales activities
  • Collaborating with Business Development teams to qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Supporting the Head of Sales and Marketing to improve conversion rates, accelerate sales cycles, and maximize deal closures
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to provide strategic insights that support sales conversations
  • Providing comprehensive deal support throughout the sales process to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful deal closure


Skills and Experience


  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales support experience within Financial Services, with consulting background advantageous
  • Experience with RFP processes and deal support activities highly valued
  • Experience working for a startup or scale-up environment preferred
  • Strong client-first mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with experience working across cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, and MS Dynamics
  • Eagerness to learn and positive attitude toward supporting sales success
